  • Corporate Documents update
  • Organization Manual Update
  • IATP Website & Platform Administration
  • Platform Development and Enhancement Coordination
  • Travelling Support (Advisory Committee and other Committees)
  • Consultants Contracts Management
  • Cost Control
  • Front office for external communication while supporting the internal (Newsletter and Information Broadcast)
  • Balance sheet support & administration reporting together with MNP, Vancouver (CA)
  • IATP Membership Development
  • Advisory Committee Meeting organization (2) & support (Minutes, Agenda, Reports)
  • Office Management

 

  2. Conferences Organization, 2 per year:

  • Hotel Scouting and Identification
  • Terms and Conditions negotiations and Contract sign-off
  • Liaison with the Hosting Company for sponsorship agreement
  • Based on the above, arrangement of Gala Dinner entertainment, movie shooting, and Sunday tour
  • Website update
  • "Online" IATP Corporate Office Team
  • Marcom Meetings Scheduler
  • Display Tables and Guests management
  • Sponsorship Coordination
  • Badge Printing, Secretariat Organization & Management
  • Conference Material & Documents Preparation
  • Automated Presence Detection System
  • Administrative Management & Cost Control
  • Post conference debriefing activities
